As the Country Director for Vietnam and the Philippines at Response Group International, I lead the operations and growth of a global organization. I have over 20 years of experience in senior management roles across regions, cultures, and industries, with a passion for driving growth, building relationships, and creating opportunities.
In my previous role as the Executive Director at the Australian Chamber of Commerce Vietnam, I grew the membership by 37% and the sponsorship by 82% over 2019 - 2024, and delivered the Australian Industry Hub in partnership with the Australian government. I have extensive experience in operations management, business development, marketing, systems, product development, services, and facilities management within blue-chip organizations and highly competitive markets. I have a proven track record of achieving targets and deadlines, fostering innovation, and empowering teams. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise to make a positive impact in the world.
