Patrick has lived in Vietnam, and worked throughout Asia for over 30 years. He was a foundation member of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, served as a committee member and was Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Chapter, and was also on the National Executive Committee for a number of years. He has CPA & Sales & Marketing qualifications and is also a member of the International Coaching Federation. His extensive leadership and management experience has been gained up to CEO level in both Australia and Asia plus assignments in over 20 countries. He is now the Manager for Success Software Services Corp of the Harrison Assessments distributorship in Vietnam with an extensive range of Coaching, Consulting and Training services under his management. His focus is on improving productivity, performance and professionalism and the above representations also include the outstanding Bruce King’s Sales Coaching Online program for Asia and Oceania. Patrick commenced his business career in the downstream sector of the oil industry in Australia. He attained State Sales Management level and then left to establish his own management consulting firm, and extended his activities into insurance. He was an early pioneer in the establishment of joint ventures in Vietnam, and returned to coaching, consulting and training activities before being employed for several years as a Regional Managing Director by LL Global (LIMRA/LOMA), a US provider of services to the insurance industry. He resigned from this position in 2012 to re-establish his own business activities. Patrick’s specific business interests come with an objective and result oriented approach, combined with professional skills to maximize the potential of both companies and individuals with significant emphasis on business development, customer centric service, leadership, result-focused performance management, sales & marketing and strategic planning. His personal interests include helping less fortunate people, reading and writing, and he has sporting interests as a result of being a very active sportsman in his younger days.
