[AusCham is an independent, not for profit, membership-based NGO (non governmental organisation). It does not receive any funding from the Australian Government or any of its agencies. Its revenue is generated through memberships, sponsorships, events and advertising.]

AusCham has five types of membership that fit into three categories.

1. Business Memberships

As a business chamber, AusCham’s priority is to promote and serve the interests of its members which are actively involved in business. Under Business Memberships, there are two categories (voting & non-voting in each category):

  • Corporates – Download application form: Corporate Membership.
  • SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises (less than 20 employees) – Download the application form: SME Membership.

2. Charity Memberships

AusCham is keen to demonstrate its support to the community in which our members live and work and therefore, there is a category for NGOs and charities, namely:

3. Entry Level Memberships

Two entry-level categories, offered at a discount rate, are open to individuals who wish to view the Chamber from within prior to making a decision on whether to upgrade to Business Membership level, namely:

  • Individuals (voting & non-voting). Download the application form: Individual Membership.
  • Australian Alumni (Vietnamese with an Australian qualification) (non-voting). Download the application form: Alumni Membership.

4. Validity

Memberships are valid for 12 months (previously, memberships expired at the end of the calendar year).

5. Fee Structure

Please note, as per legal requirements in Vietnam, all membership fees must be quoted in, and charged in, Vietnamese Dong. For convenience and to act as a guide, AusCham has also put a price in USD – however, this is an approximate amount based on an exchange rate of VND21,100.
