From 9-16 June 2017, the NSW Department of Industry will be conducting NSW’s first Business and Investor Migration Roadshow to Vietnam, visiting Hanoi and HCMC.
The purpose of the roadshow is to showcase the many benefits of Sydney and NSW to key industry stakeholders and prospective business and investor migrants.
During the roadshow, a NSW representative will present on the state’s welcoming approach and straightforward process for nominating potential migrants. The roadshow targets the following key industry stakeholders:
- Migration agents
- Fund managers
- Financial organisations
- Prospective business, entrepreneur and investor migrants
It will give these stakeholders the opportunity to hear firsthand about NSW’s program and the many benefits of living in NSW.
Roadshow events will be held in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi from 9–16 June, 2017 including a NSW-hosted event in both cities. The NSW Department of Industry will also offer selected industry stakeholders the chance to organise their own hosted event or meeting with the attendance of a NSW representative.
In order to participate in the roadshow, industry stakeholders will first need to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). EOIs are now open and must be submitted by 5:00pm (AEST) on Friday 3 March 2017.

The NSW business and investor migration program promotes, attracts, facilitates and supports business and investor and migration to NSW to help drive economic growth, competitiveness and productivity. Through this program, NSW nominates highly qualified and eligible prospective business and investor migrants to apply for a visa to the Australian Government.
