During the four-day event at L’Olivier restaurant, Chef Caillon will be presenting his signature dishes that showcase his culinary philosophy of “elegant, inspired cuisine that uses seasonal production selected with the greatest of care”.

Chef Jean-RémiCaillon has newly been awarded two Michelin stars for his restaurant Le Kintessence Restaurant at Courchevel. Le KintessenceRestaurant was praised for the quality of its produce, the creativity of its cuisine and the level of service in the restaurant.

L’OLIVIER RESTAURANT is a traditional French restaurant named for its Mediterranean cuisine and well-known in the city for the Michelin star promotions every quarter. He also received the “Silver Bernache Award for Innovation” from the Accor Group in 2007.
