From 13th to 26th June, steak tartare enthusiasts at Caravelle Saigon can indulge their raw meat cravings in an appetiser or main dish, each served with a small side salad, and prepared the traditional way with premium U.S beef tenderloin, chopped capers and onions, fresh egg yolk and a sprinkle of parsley on the side.

US beef tenderloin is priced at VND360,000++ for 80g, VND650,000++ for 150g

 From Hunter S. Thompson’s “The Rum Diary” to Elmore Leonard’s “Rum Punch”, few drinks have enjoyed such prominence in literature as rum. And this June, it will be featured along with celebrated single malt scotch whiskeys as part of Caravelle’s Malt and Fine Rum promotion.

Famous cocktails like royal and lychee mojitos, as well as Caravelle’s own “Passion” cocktail will be mixed with high-end Appleton’s and Bacardi selections.
