AusCham congratulates Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation on reaching a milestone in their important work against human trafficking when their 1000th person was recently rescued from slavery.
This week, a 17-year-old girl, who was trafficked in September 2020 and sold as a bride against her will, was brought back to Vietnam from China by the Blue Dragon Rescue Team, after months of investigation and hard work.
Blue Dragon has been working actively since 2005 not only to stop trafficking and slavery but also to protect and advocate street kid’s rights.
AusCham supports the efforts of Blue Dragon and encourages you to support their work through donations via their website at https://www.bluedragon.org/donate/dragon-wings
