Talented trio of Chefs, Olivier Corticchito from Le Comptoir in Da Nang, Tru Lang from MÙA in Hoi An’s Tr Que Village and Hong Tran form Anantara Hoi An Resort, are joining hands to create an exception six hands culinary extravaganza, complete with perfect premium wine pairing by Celliers d’Asie.

Each Chef will craft their own spin on dishes made with local ingredients from Da Nang and Quang Nam to present a true gastronomic journey of six courses with premium paired wines, starting with Taittinger Champagne.
