The 6th Annual ANZAC Friendship Match will again be hosted by the Vietnam Swans in Vung Tau. The match will be played on ANZAC Day itself, Saturday, 25 April 2015.

The Vietnam Swans will be playing the reigning Asian Champions, the Singapore Wombats.

The ANZAC Friendship Match will be played at the Vung Tau Greyhound Racing Track (the greyhound racing is organised by the Vabis Group, an AusCham Member). Interestingly, the racing track used to be known as the Lord Mayor’s Oval and Aussie Rules was played there from 1966-71 under the auspices of the so called Vietnam Football League.

For full details of the 2015 ANZAC Friendship Match and weekend, visit the Vietnam Swans’ Website.

The ANZAC Dawn Service at the Long Tan Cross will commence at 5.15am on 25 April.
