  • Interested in doing business in Lao? The President of AustCham Lao and the Australian Ambassador to Lao will provide a briefing immediately prior to September’s Sundowners in HCMC. Thanks to new SME Member, Polycom, we will provide a video feed for Hanoi. Details to follow.

  • On Tuesday, 18 August, the Australian Consulate-General will conduct a Vietnam Veterans’ Day Service at the Long Tan Cross. This will be the 49th anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan. Please note, continued approval by local authorities for ceremonies of this nature at the Long Tan Cross is on condition that no medals or uniforms are worn.
  • Good luck to the Vietnam Swans playing against 4 other countries in the 9th Annual Indochina Cup on Saturday in Luang Prabang, Lao.
