Background blurb to survey

Australian business has a strong presence across a wide variety of industries throughout ASEAN. The dynamics of the region and the business environment for members of the Australian chambers of commerce and business councils across the region is constantly changing. Therefore good intelligence on the successes and challenges of across the region is crucial for informing members about current trends in this dynamic environment.

Thank you to all who contributed to the extraordinary success of last year’s inaugural Australian Business in ASEAN Survey. With the establishment of the new AustCham ASEAN business association, made up of the region’s Australian chambers of commerce and business councils, Australian business now has a seat at the table for discussions on policies related to regional integration and other important issues across the region.
