Reflections Presents Bernard Magrez Grand Crus Classes Wine Dinner

Five stunning wines from three of the world’s finest grand cru classes will
find their way to one restaurant in the heart of Saigon
this November.

On the evening of November 14, wine lovers in Saigon
have the unique chance to experience outstanding vintages from Bernard Magrez’
world-renowned French vineyards at the Caravelle Hotel’s Reflections
Restaurant. Diners will sample two welcome wines as well as five prestigious
vintages from Bernard Magrez-owned Château Frombrauge Red in Saint-Emilion,
Château Pape Clement in Pessac-Léognan (Graves),
Château Frombrauge – AOC Bordeaux White, Magrez Frombrauge Red “Cuvee
D’exception” in Saint Emilion and Clos Haut-Peyraguey in Sauternes; alongside a
menu created by Reflections’ head chef, Darren Watson. The evening will be
conducted by Mr. Jean-Philippe Guillot, area director for Bernard Magrez.

Reflections’ Bernard Magrez Grand Cru Classes wine dinner begins at 7pm, and
is priced at VND 1,980,000 net.

Cronut Craze Sweeps The Caravelle Lobby Lounge

Cronuts, the pastry sensation that is sweeping the world, have finally
arrived in Ho Chi Minh City!
The Caravelle’s stylish Lobby Lounge is offering these novel delights—simply

Beaujolais Nouveau est Arrivée

One of the wine world’s most animated rituals is coming to Saigon
on the third Thursday of November. Caravelle Hotel will join the rest of the
world in celebrating the first of the new wine of the year’s harvest on
Beaujolais Nouveau Day. Made from Gamay grapes plucked from the vine just a few
weeks before, bottles of the cherry-red wine are raced all over the world in
time for a unanimous global uncorking. Le Beaujolais Nouveau is priced at VND
150,000++ per glass and VND 700,000++ per bottle.

most cherished holidays gets underway at Nineteen Restaurant, with a showcase
