Wine from some of France’s most prestigious cellars are the stars of an alluring April winemakers’ dinner at the Caravelle. Join us at Reflections Fine Dining on 2nd April for a gourmet five-course meal, featuring wines from three estates in the Maisons et Domaines Henriot family: Champagne Henriot, Domaine William Fevre and Bouchard Pere & Fils. Among the highlights of the evening is a 2010 Bouchard Nuit Saint Georges, to be paired with Chef Darren Watson’s roasted beef tenderloin with slow-cooked beef shin, panko-crumbed ox tongue, carrot puree and crispy potatoes. The dinner, priced at VND 1,480,000 per person, will be conducted by Mme. Anne Deraisme, Export Director for Henriot Wines.
