[Ho Chi Minh City – July 2nd, 2018] – Caravelle Saigon is excited to welcome Ms. Xuan Thu Ngo to the hotel’s talented team, as she takes on the position of Marketing and Communications Manager.

The Caravelle will be Xuan Thu’s first foray into the hotel and hospitality industry, but she is no stranger to tackling new challenges. With a German major under her belt from the Ho Chi Minh University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Xuan Thu eschewed the German companies and instead dove headfirst into the marketing industry. Her love for language translated perfectly into the marketing and communications field. Making a point of moving up the ranks, she moved from Account Executive to Account Manager in less than a decade and gained experience at the well-established boutique creative agency, April Advertising.

Her new role as Marketing Communications Manager comes as the historic hotel is on the cusp of an ambitious renovation project and Xuan Thu is thrilled to join the team at such a momentous time:

During her early career, Xuan Thu spent two years focusing on brand positioning & later managed digital campaigns for many notable clients such as Toshiba Vietnam, Häfele Vietnam and Tan Hiep Phat Group. This valuable knowledge and experience make her the perfect new point person in marketing and communication for Caravelle and, specifically, these much-anticipated renovations.
