Few dishes call up images of pure indulgence and sensory pleasure as does the elegant steak tartar. From 6th to 12th April, Reflections shines the spotlight on this fashionable dish, first popularised by grand French hotels at the turn of the 20th century. At Reflections, steak tartar enthusiasts can indulge their raw meat cravings in an appetiser or main dish, each served with a small side salad, and prepared the traditional way with premium US beef tenderloin, chopped capers and onions, fresh egg yolk and a sprinkle of parsley on the side.
