On 1 June 2016, Commonwealth Bank Vietnam (CommBank Vietnam) held the official opening ceremony of the new CommBankVietnam branch office located at 4B Ton Duc Thang, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. Customers, partners, employees, and senior leadership of the Commonwealth Bank Group attended the ceremony to celebrate this special occasion.
Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has had a presence in Vietnam since 1994 when the Group opened the first representative office in Hanoi and officially opened a full branch in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam in August 2008. Since then, CommBank Vietnam has been serving the Vietnamese customers in their aim for financial wellbeing. The new branch office will provide customers a more contemporary space to conduct their financial business and meet with CommBank Vietnam customer service representatives.
