Consuls General in Ho Chi Minh City have expressed their trust in the leadership of the city during their talks with the local Party Committee’s Secretary Dinh La Thang on Tuesday afternoon.
The elite diplomats from Laos, the United States, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and several other nations believed in the potential for sustainable development of the southern city and its cooperation with their home countries.
The Consuls General expressed their hope and faith for many economic achievements of Ho Chi Minh City in the future under the direction of Secretary Thang, according to Simon van der Burg, Consul General of the Netherlands.
After paying close attention to the leadership of the city’s Party chief since his recent appointment, the Dutch diplomat said that he has noticed many significant changes and practical results brought about by Secretary Thang’s actions.
Leaders of the city are expected to provide foreign businesses with favorable conditions but should also be ready to fulfill all the responsibilities given by the Consuls General, Secretary Thang said to his guests at the diplomatic meeting…
