To our valuable Clients & Stakeholders,
I write to announce that with immediate effect, I will be handing over the position of General Manager at Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam to Alex Crane.
Having worked in Vietnam for over 6 years, I will be relocating to Hong Kong and am delighted to share I will be staying in the Cushman & Wakefield family; our company is something I hold very dear indeed. Transition has been ongoing with Alex for the past month and I am sure you will experience a seamless handover.
Many of you will already know Alex who has previously held the position as Director of our Tenant Advisory Group (TAG). Under Alex’s leadership, C&W’s TAG team have achieved the highest market share of significant office transactions and advised on 3 of the 6 largest office deals in Vietnam last year. Aside from his results, Alex is creative, dynamic and gives succinct advice; beyond this, he has a relentless passion for our industry, a critical reason he is widely regarded as the market leader in his field in Vietnam.
C&W’s culture is something we hold very dear and Alex will continue to champion our Client Only philosophy on service. It is our culture that means we retain the best individuals in the country across our TAG, Retail, Project Management, Capital Market and Valuation & Research business lines. All continue to be led by a stable group of exceptional professionals who have pushed us to dominate in the sectors we choose to operate within.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the support and goodwill I have received from you over my last two years in this position and wish you continued success under Alex’s stewardship.
