CCAD - Wok-fried crab with glass noodle and XO sauce

For 15 days from 1-15 December, crab lovers can indulge in a sumptuous international dinner buffet overflowing with fresh crabs and a wide variety of irresistible crab specialties at Windsor Plaza Hotel’s Café Central An Dong.

There are more choices of crab dishes than ever. A string of favorite ones ranging from appetizer to soup and hot dishes are unlimitedly served. Highly recommended by the chef is the mouth-watering wok-fried crab with glass noodles and XO sauce.

The dinner buffet also features other fresh and flavorful seafood dishes including lobster, king prawn, oyster, salmon, and more than 160 delicacies. From favorite western dishes like pizza and Italian pasta to famous traditional regional specialties including fresh sushi and sashimi alongside flavorful hot pot choices, there’s sure to be a dish that satisfies your hunger. BBQ favorites are also available at the alfresco grill with a selection of fresh seafood and meat favorites. For desserts, there are plenty of choices for everyone’s taste from homemade ice creams, sorbets to seasonal fruits and Vietnamese sweet soups.

In addition to the lavish buffet spread, every diner will be offered a complimentary double-boiled fish maw soup with black mushroom and bok choy during this promotional period.

Prices remain unchanged. Dinner Buffet (6pm – 10pm) is priced at VND 588,000++ per person (Monday – Friday) including freeflow German draught beer, juice and soft drinks and VND 688,000++ per person (Saturday and Sunday) including free flow German draught beer, sparkling wine, juice and soft drinks.

This December, Ngan Dinh Restaurant at Windsor Plaza Hotel celebrates its 24th anniversary.

Throughout the month, the restaurant offers a special discount of 24% off any diner’s bill.  In addition to this offer, 22 December is set to be an extravagant day with a complimentary dish of your choice from the Chef’s Monthly Recommendation Menu, including Wok-fried Pork Ribs with Red Onion, Steamed Chicken with Garlic and Home-made Sour Sauce, and Wok-fried Seafood and Tofu with Salted Fish Sauce.

For this celebrated month, the Chef also creates new flavors for the discerning palate. The specialties, starting from VND 228,000++ per plate, include Steamed Lobster with Egg White, Steamed Grouper Fillet with Mushroom and Bamboo, and Soy Sauce Chicken in Hot Pot.
