Our visiting Chef Kumar from Duxton Hotel Perth will be presenting a variety of traditional and authentic Indian dishes.
Chef Kumar has a 21 year working experience in Asia, Europe and he brings with him a wealth of culinary experience in Indian cuisine and he will be preparing the all time favourites such as Tandori Chicken, Rogan Josh, Vindaloo, Kebab and of course the traditional Nann and Roti. Try also the traditional drink, Lassi made with chilled yoghurt mixed with fruits or spices.
This special treat is only available from 23 January to 1 February 2015 served together with the usual daily dinner buffet spread of BBQ seafood, sashimi/sushi, desserts, home made ice cream and lots more……
