To all our friends and support people… Happy New Year!

This is 25 years since I was lucky enough to enter Vietnam.

The medical and humanitarian programs that have followed have seen some amazing life changing events and personal stories from among average Vietnamese people… but especially from among the poor. Yet to look back, I feel I am the lucky one!

The people we have helped over the years, have been the basis of many long lasting friendships. To be part of helping kids gain a greater quality of life, physically, emotionally and practically has given all who have been involved at any point in time,  great satisfaction.

It is both Vietnamese (who love to help their own people) and ‘foreigners’, including Aussies, who have all given so much, and keep on giving.

It is not time to stop. But as we celebrate a festive occasion, let me thank all who have contributed to the programs, and assisted in so many ways to help change the lives of poor kids and families, blind kids, disadvantaged and remote kids and families throughout Vietnam.

They know what you have done and always stop to say ‘Thank You’!

Together, we are continuing to make a difference!
