Chef Marco Pistillo recently joined our culinary
team as the sous chef of Green House restaurant. Chef Pistillo is a native of northern Italy
but his family has southern roots. He
has worked in several well-known establishments, including LocandaLocatelli in
London. His last position was as sous
chef at a restaurant in Verona. He is
experienced in the northern Italian style of cooking, but with his strong
family background in the south he has a wealth of knowledge about a variety of
Italian cuisines. His cooking will
greatly enhance the Italian food experience at Green House.
