After a few months of reviewing the consumptive
behaviour of both local and visiting guests, the resort brought on the addition
of Italian Chef Marco Pistillo to revamp Green House’s Italian food choices and
bring the restaurant to the next level of excellence. In addition, the
restaurant highlights Chef Pistillo’s signature dishes with a separate menu
that features fresh and flavourful poached sea bass salad, scallop and prawn
spaghetti, risotto and ravioli dishes, braised veal shank ossobuco and fresh
burrata.
