This September, discover the new Milan menu with a versatile range of Italian dishes that integrate the local ingredients with authentic Italian cooking. Our new menu also features a selection of dishes originally created by Chef Theo Randall. Theo Randall is a well-known British-born professional chef who specializes in Italian cuisine. With more than 25 years of professional culinary experience, he was a head chef and partner at The River Café and opened award-winning Theo Randall restaurant at InterContinental London Park Lane.
