At InterContinental NhaTrang, the Culin’Art exhibition represents a desire to engage travellers with the beauty of KhanhHoa Province – a land full of life. Our leadership has chosen photographer ThieryBeyne to be the stellar collaboratorwith IHG® Culinary Ambassadors Program. Together, they willmarries colours, flavours and emotions to create a landmark exhibition of portrait and travel photos complemented by a menu of exclusive signature dishes designed by celebrity chef of the world and culinary talent of InterContinental NhaTrang. The event will showcase the harmonious display of art and culinary which together compose the sensual beauty of KhánhHòa province and its local produces from 22 January to 24 February 2015.
Over 21 images personally selected and printed by Thiery, will be presented thematically across a series of contrasting platform across the hotel’s public area and will illustrate the extraordinary range of subjects that he has capturedthroughout his career and years of bonding in the beautiful KhanhHoa province. The exhibition will openly display at Hotel Lobby and free for public entrance.Artworks and books will be sold to raise money for charitable cause.
At the same time, asignature menu of 11 signature dishes at Cookbook Café will be simultaneous introduced at Cookbook Café. The dishes are finely created by celebrity chef Ian Kittichai (Thai cuisine), Sam Leong (Chinese and Singaporean cuisine), TheoRandell (Italian cuisine) who will infuse the taste of their regional specialities with local ingredients.Combined with the finest ingredients from NhaTrangand meticulous preparation, the skillful culinary team at Cookbook Cafe will prepare delicacies including Banana Blossom Fritters, Grilled Tiger Prawn And Char Grilled Oyster Mushroom, Crispy Turmeric Marinated Chicken, Three Flavored Deep Fried Sea Bass, Pan Fried Squid with Borlotti Beans, Wok Fried Chicken With Homemade Black Pepper Sauce, Oven Baked Cod Fish Served With Egg White, and Banana Cake In Coconut Sauce. Food lovers will be delighted by authentic Thai flavors, Chinese delicacies, and Italian fine dining, all made from the best ingredients of Vietnam as part of Cookbook Cafe restaurant, located on the first floor of InterContinental NhaTrang.
