As you might be aware, there are a number of new Customs legal regulations which have recently been enacted with amendments aiming at further simplification of administrative procedures for enterprises.
To facilitate better understanding of business community, Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) in cooperation with the General Department of Customs (GDC) organizing a Dissemination Workshop to introduce new changes in customs duties and procedures in Decree 08/2015/ND-CP*1 and Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC*2. This activity is organized under the Memorandum of Understanding between the GDC and the VBF Consortium on materializing Customs-Business Partnership on September 25, 2014.
The event is chaired by the GDC Deputy General Director, Mr. Vu Ngoc Anh at following details:
