From 27 January to 3 February, experience an authentic Lunar New Year of traditional Chinese dishes in two specialty set menus. For intimate occasions, rejoice with a six-course set menu featuring bird’s nest soup, wantons with vegetables, braised abalone, deep-fried fish fillet, fried rice, and dumpling in creamy cashew sweet soup. This unique set dinner is 2,388,000++ per person.

And for grand occasions, gather family and friends for a ten-person set dinner featuring nine courses of sliced abalone, braised bird’s nest soup, pig’s tongue with dried oysters and sea moss, steamed garoupa with homemade soya sauce, bamboo mushroom rolls, crispy chicken, fried glutinous rice with Chinese sausage, trio of bird’s nest delights, and seasonal fresh fruit platter.
