Weekly Bullet Points from the Executive Director, Phil Johns [22 July 2016]

Dear Members and Friends

  • AusCham is now trialling a weekly video update of news happening in the Chamber. It’s not slick. It’s not professional – but it’s a start and it will improve. AusCham is keen to trial different ways of communicating with our members and we think that video will have a big role to play in many different ways. As always, feedback is welcome.
  • New AusCham Member, ansarada officially launched its new office in HCMC yesterday. Click here. ansarada, headquartered in Sydney, specialises in building data “rooms” for use in mergers & acquisitions.
  • Next Friday, 29 July 2016, AusCham will be a supporter of Phu Quoc’s first ever QuoCham Networking event. Remember, for businesses outside Greater Hanoi and Greater HCMC considering a membership of AusCham, half price packages are available.
  • Sponsorship packages for the 2016 Grand Final Scrambles are now available. Our venue for Central Vietnam, Laguna Lang Co has come up with an amazing package on the golf and accommodation should anyone wish to make a weekend of it. 50 per cent of the proceeds will be donated to the designated charity.
  • Thank you to advertising members, Angsana Lang Co and The Western Australian International School System.
  • Thank you to renewing corporate members: Lagler Australia, TNN Logistics and Western Australian International School System.
