Through July, Café Cardinal at The Reverie Saigon is introducing a gastronomic journey of international favourites featuring premium USDA beef. Delight in beef specialties including a unique mustard-marinated beef salad, beef cheek ravioli, beef medallion with foie gras and truffle sauce, 400gm beef tenderoil with seasonal vegetables, or the Café’s signature beef tartar. Available à la carte, the month’s USDA beef offerings start at VND 260,000++ per serving.
