Christmas Feasting at Nineteen Buffet Restaurant

24th and 25th December

 The tables are laid, the band is ready and the kitchen is buzzing. Nineteen, Saigon’s best seafood buffet, is set to wow diners this holiday season with a line-up of three sumptuous Christmas banquets.

Nineteen’s Christmas Eve Gala Dinner, Christmas Day Luncheon and Christmas Day Dinner Buffet will showcase traditional holiday dishes, such as whole-roasted turkey, honey-glazed ham and Christmas pudding together with mouthwatering delicacies from all corners of the globe. Children can look forward to gifts and fun time taking photos with Santa Claus at Nineteen’s Christmas Eve; while grown-ups can toast with a flute of sparkling Veuve Clicquot Champagne, as well as a free flow of fine wines and signature cocktails.

Early diners on Christmas Eve will be treated to a musical performance from the Children Choir as well as the hotel’s in-house carolers; and a live jazz quartet will play festive tunes from 8:00 pm on 24th December.

Nineteen’s Christmas Eve Gala Buffet Dinner is priced at VND 1,980,000++ or VND 1,390,000++ for early dining. Christmas Luncheon is priced at VND 2,280,000++ or VND 1,680,000++ for dinner buffet.

Family and Fine-dining Festivities at Reflections

24th and 31st December

The Christmas season glows with inviting gourmet delights at Reflections. Tucked away above the twinkling lights of Lam Son Square, Reflections presents two sensational menus for the holidays. Let the mellow strains of a live jazz band as well as flutes of fine champagne soothe you as you embark on a culinary Christmas adventure.

On Christmas Eve, Chef Darren Watson will present a five-course menu with a choice of butter-poached turkey breast with glazed winter vegetables or roasted salmon fillet with capsicum chutney for the main course. Vanilla mille feuille, marinated Stilton cheese and traditional fruit cake are a few of the sweet treats that follow.

On New Year’s Eve, Reflections’ lays its tables for the last meal of the year with duck liver croquettes, Nha Trang lobster and US beef tenderloin playing starring roles. A seven-layer vanilla, coffee, lime and walnut dacquoise ends an exquisite five-course line-up, capped perfectly with a coffee course and hand-rolled chocolate truffles.

The whole family is invited to join the fun this year, as Reflections is also serving Children’s Set Dinners to delight youngsters with mini-menus, Christmas cookies, hot chocolate and more.

Reflections’ Christmas Eve Dinner is priced at VND 1,880,000++ and its New Year’s Eve Dinner at VND 2,280,000++, both accompanied by a flute of champagne.
