Terms & Conditions:

• Guests must provide a copy of the valid and eligible credit cards and chamber membership cards upon making a reservation (accommodation, F&B or Spa)
• Discount on accommodation can be only applied when making a reservation directly with the Reservations office, not via the hotel website or CRO or 3rd party.
• For guests who don’t book accommodations with us; but do want to enjoy discounts on F&B and Spa, they are still entitled to these offers, as long as they can present valid and eligible membership cards.
• Cardholders must be the persons using the services.
• These offers are not applied in conjunction with other promotions and some will be subject to availability.
• The cancellation policy is the same as Best Flexible rate on our website.
• Confirmation of guestrooms by the hotel is subject to availability at time of reservation.
• Guestroom reservations may be guaranteed by credit card or a letter of guarantee by the company in the form of a written facsimile or email. (Applicable to companies with existing credit facilities with the Resort).
