The following vacancy, dated 3 November 2015, has been received from the Vietnamese Graduates of Australia Club (VGAC) (a member of Auscham) which is currently seeking to fill the position of National coordinator. The position would be ideally suited to an Australian Alumnus.



VGAC – the Australian Alumni in Vietnam is a non-profit organisation with a strong network of Vietnamese alumni from Australian universities, colleges, short courses in Australia and Vietnam; and Australian graduates working and living in Vietnam. Currently it has over 6,000 members of five chapters in all regions of Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, Hue, Da Nang, and Can Tho.

Since its establishment, the name of VGAC is increasingly well-known through a wide range of activities including annual Galas, professional seminars / workshops, participation in “Study in Australia” information sessions, employment opportunities, social gatherings, field trips, afforestation and more recently charity programs such as a charity fund, book donation, and scholarship for disadvantaged students.

The VGAC members are working as government officials, business people, academics and professionals all over the country. They are playing their part in contributing to the country’s development and raising international friends’ awareness and respect to the dynamic and talented Vietnamese.
