With delicacies created by guest chef John Le – the co-owner and executive chef of the Three Seasons Restaurant in San Francisco – and America’s signature foods and wines, guests are in for a special treat.
During the festival, New World Saigon Hotel celebrates the authentic taste of the USA at Parkview. With food, wine, cooking demonstrations, wine dinners and more, the hotel’s guest chefs are cooking up the freshest flavors of the American summer. Diners can enjoy light California cuisine prepared by guest Chef John Le at a special buffet at Parkview restaurant. Alternatively, diners can gather a group of wine lovers for the Wine Pairing Dinners, featuring select vintages from Napa, Sonoma and beyond, paired with an innovative gourmet feast.
Parkview is serving up bountiful buffets for lunch and dinner that include the best of American favorites as well as seafood specialties to satisfy the biggest appetites, priced at VND620,000 per person for lunch and VND930,000 per person for dinner. The California Wine Pairing Dinners are priced at VND1,200,000 per person.
