‘COMPREHENSIVE & PROGRESSIVE: A WAY FORWARD’ – CPTPP and Legal implications to Vietnamese Enterprises

The CPTPP has officially been in force for Vietnam since January 14, 2019. In order to help Vietnamese enterprises take advantage of the benefits of this agreement, Australian Alumni in Vietnam in collaboration with Vietnamese Alumni Association of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP – Singapore) will hold a talk show “CPTPP and Legal implications to Vietnamese Enterprises” in Hanoi.

🧐 Discuss about the Legal implications and challenges that CPTPP may bring to Vietnamese enterprises;
🧐 Learn more on the negotiation journey by “insider negotiator’s perspectives;
🧐 Gain insights of intellectual properties issues raised from CPTPP;
