Our Executive Chef Jeremy Choo, recently arrived from Singapore, has prepared two scrumptious Christmas and New Year set menus which will be available for an unforgettable end of year dining experience.
Highlights from the scrumptious 5-course Christmas set menu which is available on December 24 & 25, 2015 include “Char-Grilled Teriyaki Cod with Champagne and Fennel Cream Sauce”, “Pan-Roasted Lamb Loin crusted with Spicy Almond Crumble and Garlic Cream Sauce” and “Lemon Tart with Meringue, baked Raspberries and Grand Marnier.”
The delectable 6-course New Year set menu is being offered on December 31, 2015 and January 01, 2016, including “Pan-Seared Foie Gras with a Peanut Pancake and Caramel-Passion Fruit Sauce”, “Pan-Seared US Rib-Eye with a Sautéed Mushroom & Parmesan Gratin, served with Black Truffle Sauce”, “Pan-Roasted Slipper Lobster with White Garlic and Cream of Mushroom & Saffron Sauce”.

Throughout December, Corso Steakhouse & Bar is showcasing a range premium beef cuts from Australia, New Zealand and the United States, cooked just the way you like it in the restaurants open kitchen. Must-try dishes include “US Prime Short Rib”, “Eye Fillet wrapped in Smoked Bacon“, “Australian Cowboy Rib-Eye Steak” and “New Zealand Wagyu Sirloin Steak”, all served with vegetables and your choice of potatoes and sauces.
A complimentary dessert of the day, creatively prepared by Chef Jeremy, is offered for every selected steak ordered.
