It is truly an amazing international feast highlighting seafood specialties from the hotel’s talented culinary team using a wide variety of fresh and flavorful imported and locally-sourced seafood including oysters, king prawns, salmon, blue crab and much more.

Dinner Buffet (6pm – 10pm) is priced at VND 588,000++ per person (Monday – Friday) including freeflow German draught beer, juice and soft drinks and VND 688,000++ per person (Saturday and Sunday) including free flow German draught beer, sparkling wine, juice and soft drinks.

This November, Ngan Dinh Restaurant is introducing new flavors created by Chef Li Suen Wai for the discerning palate. The specialties, starting from VND 228,000++ per plate, include Chicken Baked in Salt, Pipa Duck with BBQ Sauce, and Deep-fried Whole Grouper with Sweet and Sour Sauce. The Chef’s Recommendation for the month consists of 8 extraordinary dishes, starting from VND 168,000++ per plate, including Wok-fried Pork Ribs with Red Onion, Steamed Chicken with Garlic and Home-made Sour Sauce, and Wok-fried Seafood and Tofu with Salted Fish Sauce.
