Square One proudly presents a special Vietnamese set menu this September. Carefully designed by Chef Tran Van Son, the menu takes inspiration from traditional Vietnamese dishes and uses high-quality ingredients with a creative twist.
Alaska King crab fresh spring roll, salmon caviar, avocado, peanut fermented soy sauce – VND 910,000
Vietnamese herb and sesame crusted Wagyu, daikon, green papaya salad, red onion, sweet basil – VND 790,000
Pan seared Jumbo US scallops, cashew nut, violet sweet potato, capsicum, thienly flower, XO sauce – VND 980,000
Roasted duck breast, taro duck cake, ginger honey, carrot, gooseberry, chili tamarind sauce – VND 670,000
All prices are subject to 5% service charge and then 10% VAT.
