Anthony Cloney, a QBE veteran, has been promoted to director general in Vietnam.
Cloney was previously general manager – technical and distribution for QBE Vietnam and has worked at QBE for 23 years – also in Australia, Indonesia and Thailand.
Since his new role started on 1 January 2016, Cloney has been responsible for strategic initiatives, profitable growth, products and services in the country. QBE focuses on business insurance in Vietnam including engineering, marine, liability and property.
