A new Centre of Digital Excellence at RMIT Vietnam has been launched by Victoria’s Minister for Training and Skills, Steven Herbert.
The launch was attended by representatives from the Vietnam Government, industries, schools and universities in Vietnam, as well as Vice-Chancellor and President of RMIT University, Martin Bean CBE, and RMIT Vietnam’s Executive Team.
RMIT Vietnam Vice-President (Academic) Professor Beverley Webster emphasised the University’s strong commitment to sharing its digital learning and teaching expertise with Vietnam’s education community.
“Through the Centre of Digital Excellence (CODE), we will launch the online Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching and Learning, a program designed to improve participants’ capacity to teach in higher education, with an emphasis on using digital and online teaching,” she said.
“We will also host a series of public lectures this year on digital education by renowned international experts”…
