Sofitel Saigon Plaza is offering guests a new dining experience with the appointment of Michelin star Chef Fabien MengusatL’Olivier restaurant. Connoisseurs can expect a new range of authentic French cuisine featuring dishes that presented in thoroughly modern and innovative ways.

Indulge in a modern taste of French cuisine in either a 3-course lunch or a5-course dinner featuring meticulously composed dishes such as lobster medallions; roasted pigeon breast on chest and thigh confit; pan-fried duck liver; and monkfish medallion confit with olive oil and thyme. Chef Mengus describes his mission at Saigon as introducing toSofitel Saigon Plaza’sfood lovers the art ofFrench gastronomic they would not have experienced previously.
