Office Manager – Australian Trade and Investment Commission
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) is looking for a high achieving individual with superior accounting knowledge and office management skills, international mind-set and established local networks to join our Ho Chi Minh City office.
The Office Manager will work with teams in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to support the Austrade Vietnam Team under the direction of the Senior Trade Commissioner and the Manager of Finance and Administration.
The position requires high level of spoken and written English and Vietnamese skills, a tertiary degree and a minimum of five years’ relevant experience working in multinational organisations in administrative, accounting, office management or related areas. Experience using SAP will be highly regarded.
This is a locally-engaged position subject to Vietnamese labor law and is available for only Vietnamese nationals.
