Hong Kong cuisine is a harmonious combination of traditional food influenced by the culture of many different regions such as Guangdong, Fujian and Teochew.

All the flavours of Hong Kong, from street food favourites to noodles and traditional Cantonese dishes, will be on offer at Café Central An Dong’s renowned buffet from 21 to 30 September. With 20 years of experience in the culinary arts, resident Chef Li Suen Wai, Chef Chung Lam and Chef Michael Yiu from Hong Kong will take charge of the festival and provide the most memorable gastronomic experience.

Hong Kong delicacies on offer include Roasted Pecking Duck, Barbeque Pork, Double-boiled Soup, Fake Shark’s Fin Soup, Three Fried Stuffed Treasures, Stinky Tofu, Pineapple Bun, Wonton Noodle Soup, Yang Zhou fried rice, Cart Noodles, and much more.

This sumptuous buffet features local and international favourites, including a live seafood market. Priced at just 698,000++ per person Monday to Friday including free flow of German beer and house red and white wine. On Saturday and Sunday, it is just 798,000++ including free flow of sparkling wine, house red and white wine and German.

Café Central An Dong features expansive breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. A local favourite, Café Central An Dong has vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, monthly promotions, and international and Vietnamese cuisine. An extensive a la carte menu and dessert selection is also available for dine-in or take-away.
