Supreme cuts of beef from around the world, including the USA, New Zealand and Australia feature will be on the menu of Café Cardinal and R&J Italian Lounge & Restaurant at The Reverie Saigon this January.

Both venues feature a selection of USDA and Wagyu steak cuts including rib-eye, tenderloin, striploin and flank. All are served with mixed vegetables, garden salad or mashed potatoes and your choice of sauces.

At the French-inspired Café Cardinal, you can enjoy a poitrine of beef with Wagyu smoked beef flank, potato gratin and caramelized onions; a carpaccio of USDA beef with fig, arugula and aged balsamic vinegar; or a USDA beef burger with foie gras, black truffle and organic leaves.

Meanwhile, at classic Italian eatery R&J Lounge & Restaurant you can sample delicacies such as New Zealand beef shank cannelloni with saffron fondue, or an ossobuco of Australian beef shank with saffron risotto and 50-months-old Parmesan cheese.

Prices range from VND269,000 to VND968,000.
