And don’t miss the savory flavors of Gratinated Oysters prepared in Rockfeller, Florentine, Kilpatrick, and Remick styles, starting from 168,000++ for three oysters.

Through November, delight in authentic Italian recipes featuring fresh shucked oysters at The Reverie Saigon’s R&J Italian Lounge & Restaurant including imported oysters on ice served with choice of lemon, raspberry-shallot vinegar, Tabasco, tomato salsa, or cocktail sauce. For a savory addition, experience gratinated imported oysters with capers, garlic, anchovy, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.

Every Tuesday through Sunday night from 8:00pm to 11:00pm, the internationally renowned artist Kate Bowen takes to the stage with her velvet-smooth voice to captivate audiences with powerful renditions spanning the genres of soul, R&B, funk, blues, pop and jazz. During performances, guests who check-in and tag a photo on Facebook will receive one complimentary signature cocktail.

Taking its name from Shakespeare’s epic romance, Romeo and Juliet, R&J stokes a similar passion in lovers of traditional Italian cuisine.  Prepared under the watchful eye of our renowned Italian chef, the menu at R&J features exquisite Italian cuisine, prepared with the finest seasonal produce and presented with flair right in the heart of Saigon. The Royal Pavilion at The Reverie Saigon is proud to present a traditional set dinner featuring the exquisite taste of whole abalone through November. This unique presentation features an appetizer of deep-fried prawns served in mango sauce or sweet and sour sauce followed by Double-boiled crab claw soup with fungus in coconut. And for the main course, delighted in braised whole abalone with black mushroom in superior oyster sauce. The set dinner also includes fried chicken with pomelo sauce, fried rice with scallops wrapped in lotus leaves, and sweetened almond cream with egg white and taro bun. This delightful feast is just 1,988,000++ per person.
