In honor of the traditional Italian festival, Carneval, through February R&J Italian Lounge & Restaurant presents a selection of gourmet recipes from across Italy. The ala carte menu features choice pastas including Potato gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and ricotta cheese stopped with 28-month aged parmigiano reggiano. For main course choices, savor Balanzone of iberico pork and pan-seared foie gras or traditional Pantalone of pan-roasted cod with cannelloni stew. And for dessert, delight in Chiacchiere, Italian golden fried pastry with pan forte and gianduia sauce. Appetizers and desserts starting from 138,000++. Pastas from 228,000++ and Main Courses from 598,000++.

A Romantic Italian Valentine’s Day

This Valentine’s Day treat your loved one to a romantic and memorable evening with an authentic five-course Italian set dinner. Chef Fabrizio has prepared a selection of gourmet choices including a delightful pigeon and porcini terrine with orange jelly and truffle brioche served alongside chicken consomme with mini ravioli. The main courses present Aragosta squid ink maltagliata with fresh lobster and Merluzzo pan-roasted cod with cannelloni beans and spicy salami. For dessert, experience Gianduia hazelnut chocolate cake topped with Tahitian vanilla ice cream. This specialty Valentine’s set dinner is priced at 1,288,000++ per person.

Colours of Jazz

R&J Italian Lounge & Restaurant is proud to host Colours of Jazz every Tuesday – Sunday from 8:30pm to 11:30pm. Starting in January, R&J welcomed new to the stage Bridget Battik, bringing a new tone and style spanning the genres of jazz and pop.

Taking its name from Shakespeare’s epic romance, Romeo and Juliet, R&J stokes a similar passion in lovers of traditional Italian cuisine.  Prepared under the watchful eye of our renowned Italian chef, the menu at R&J features exquisite Italian cuisine, prepared with the finest seasonal produce and presented with flair right in the heart of Saigon.
