As the COO/Co-pioneer of The Sentry, a leading hospitality and resort company in Vietnam, I am responsible for overseeing the operations, strategy, and growth of the business. I have been in this role for over two years, and I have successfully led the launch of several new projects, partnerships, and initiatives that have enhanced the customer experience, increased revenue, and expanded the market presence of The Sentry.

I have a strong background in event management, leadership, and entrepreneurship, which I developed through my previous roles as a general director, a project manager, a program manager, and a coach. I have also acquired valuable skills in social networking, hospitality, and resorts, which I leverage to create and deliver innovative solutions for the hospitality industry. I hold a bachelor's degree in business/managerial economics from Pace University, where I graduated with honors and participated in various research and presentation opportunities. I am passionate about creating positive social impact through hospitality and resort development, and I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges.
