Call for comments on the Draft Decree amending Decree 219 on Work-Permit for Foreign workers
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) is currently seeking public consultation on a Draft Decree intended to amend Decree 219/2025/NĐ-CP, which regulates foreigners working in Vietnam.
As this legislation directly impacts international businesses and the mobility of foreign experts in Vietnam, AusCham encourages all members to review the proposed changes and provide feedback to ensure our collective voice is heard by the authorities.
