Call for Inputs: Customs & Tax Issues for Upcoming Government Dialogue_Deadline: 16 May, 2026
AusCham Vietnam is inviting members to share their insights and practical challenges related to customs and taxation in preparation for an upcoming dialogue with the Vietnamese authorities, including the Department of Customs and the Department of Taxation.
Building on the strong and constructive engagement between the business community and government agencies in recent years, this dialogue serves as an important platform to raise concerns, clarify regulatory issues, and contribute to a more transparent and efficient business environment in Vietnam.
We encourage members to submit any:
Ongoing challenges or bottlenecks in customs procedures
Tax-related issues impacting operations or compliance
Recent regulatory changes that may require clarification or further guidance
Practical case studies or examples that can support policy discussion
Your input will play a key role in ensuring that the collective voice of the business community is effectively represented and addressed during the dialogue.
Submission Details:
Members are kindly requested to submit their inputs using the provided template HERE by 16 May 2026. Submissions in Vietnamese are highly encouraged to facilitate consolidation and engagement with the relevant authorities.
