Call for Member Inputs: VIAC Investment Legal Support Forum 2025_Deadline: 11 November 2025
AusCham has been invited by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) to participate in the Investment Legal Support Forum 2025 — an annual event held under the direction of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
This forum aims to support investors, particularly foreign businesses, in better understanding the investment landscape of Ho Chi Minh City, while exploring legal issues and emerging challenges in the implementation and operation of investment projects.

🎯 2025 Forum Theme: “Legal Framework and Emerging Issues in Industrial Real Estate Investment”
The forum will feature two key dialogue sessions:
Session 1: Investment in Industrial Infrastructure Projects (9:00 AM – 10:15 AM)
Session 2: Investment in Social Infrastructure Projects in Industrial Zones (10:30 AM – 11:45 AM)
AusCham will join Dialogue Session 1 to share perspectives on the opportunities and challenges that Australian businesses have encountered when investing in industrial infrastructure projects, as well as to provide recommendations for a more enabling investment environment.
