Ministry of Finance Issues Official Response to VBF Annual Forum 2025 Submissions

​Dear AusCham Members,

The Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) Annual Forum 2025 brought together government agencies, business associations, and international chambers to address key policy priorities supporting Vietnam’s digital and green transformation took place in early of November, 2025. As part of this process, Chambers, including the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AusCham), submitted a consolidated set of recommendations aimed at strengthening regulatory transparency, improving tax and customs procedures, and enhancing the overall investment environment for foreign and domestic enterprises.

SUBMISSIONS HERE

In alignment with this consultative mechanism, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) has now released its official responses to the issues and proposals raised at the Forum. The responses cover a broad range of finance-related matters, including taxation, customs, and fiscal policy reforms.

For the convenience of the business community, the MOF has made these responses available in:

  • Vietnamese – the official version, and

  • English – an AI-generated translation for reference.
